2026 NESPAC WOMEN IN LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE

“The Whole Leader: Live Well, Lead Well.”
ABOUT the NESPAC Women in leadership conference
The New England State Police Administrators Conference (N.E.S.P.A.C.) is a compact agreement among the State Police agencies of Massachusetts, Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Connecticut.

The NESPAC Women in Leadership Conference started in 2016 as an idea shared among women commanders from the six New England states who recognized the importance of mentorship, leadership training, and career development among women Troopers. Historically, women Troopers make up approximately 7% of state police agencies across the United States. Since its inception in 2016, the conference has allowed each New England State Police agency to take the lead on serving as host. Connecticut is proud to host the 10th annual NESPAC Women in Leadership Conference in 2026.
